  • To develop www.theracingworld.com and our member's websites into the most dynamic network of racing information available on the Internet.
  • To develop marketing partnerships with companies interested in marketing their products and services into the auto racing industry, using our information technology platform as a foundation.
  • To develop a fan club enabling racing fans to personalized the content from our website and to enable them to purchase racing related items at discount prices.
  • To sustain our leadership position by listening to our customers and committing resources to product development in order to grow with our customers needs.
The Auto Racing Industry / Our Target Market
Auto racing is the largest spectator sport in the United States. More than 150 million Americans are motor sports fans and attend major races, watch races on television and support their favorite drivers at local tracks. Sponsors of stock car racing believe that if you put a car down in an empty field, it will probably draw a crowd.

Auto racing's most successful and notable series, NASCAR Winston Cup, averages 190,000 on site spectators per event and its attendance has increased for 19 consecutive years, a growth unmatched by any other professional sport. NASCAR is one of the fastest growing spectator sports in the US, appealing to all demographics, including women, who make up over 45% of its audience. Last year 17 of the 20 top-attended sports events in the U.S. were NASCAR races. (Source, NASCAR media guide)

While NASCAR Winston Cup is the most successful sanctioned series, statistics show that our target market (all racing venues under NASCAR Winston Cup) has 2 to 3 times the marketing potential as NASCAR.(Source, RPM Promoter's Workshops)

Comparisons between NASCAR Winston Cup and our target market:

NASCAR Winston Cup Grass Roots Racing
1 Sanctioning Body 200 Sanctioning Bodies
40 Races Per Year 20,000 Races Per Year
60 Drivers 125,000 Drivers
35 Race Tracks 1,000 Race Tracks
1 Car Class 15 Car Classes
8,000,000 Annual On Site Fans 12,000,000 Annual On Site Fans

The grass roots racing industry has larger annual on-site fan counts and covers more markets geographically than NASCAR Winston Cup.

Technology Platform
Prior to our existence, the industry had very limited and ineffective information management tools (PC based with limited functionality). Our patented Internet based software products; Track Manager and Driver Manager are the best in the industry.

Track Manager and Driver Manager enable sanctions, racetracks and drivers to manage and communicate their information to fans, sponsors, the media, and any other interested parties. While Track Manager is offered to the racetracks free of charge, we charge drivers $119 per year for the Driver Manager subscription. Our current subscribers tell the story best:

"One of the biggest benefits to using Track Manager is the time that it saves us. What used to take 3-4, sometimes 10 hours to do, we now do in 20 minutes . . .. It's made our processes 100 times easier! It's so simple to use; I don't think you could make it any easier . . .. Track Manager took our website to a higher level. Competitive Solutions, L.C. has developed the best track software that I've seen. They know the business and they are very responsive to our needs. I could not run my business without it!" Dave Swindell, Kings Speedway, Hanford, CA

"Track Manager has given me a 10-fold increase in weekly hits to my web site, giving me another marketing tool to sell to my sponsors. Track Manager pays for itself while providing you the site that race fans will go to when planning their racing agenda." Dana Benning, Independence Motor Speedway, Independence, IA

"Track Manager has given us back control of our website and took our site to a whole new level. It allows us to load race information anywhere we have Internet access. It has increased our information accuracy to 100%. This is the easiest and most practical way to handle our records. We would highly recommend this to any racing association." Dave Darst, Sr., Arizona Sprint Car Association, Phoenix, AZ

We currently have 2 sanctioning bodies with their 100 affiliated race tracks and 20 race tracks not affiliated with our sanctioning bodies participating in our technology platform. This represents a 12% racetrack market share.

National Championship
The grass roots racing industry needs a valid National Championship. The average American has a hard time understanding an industry with over 200 sanctioning bodies, 1,000 race tracks and 125,000 drivers. A National Championship will validate this industry and set the stage for rapid growth of corporate marketing into the grass roots racing industry.

Our technology platform consolidates all the race results provided by the sanctioning bodies and tracks. When we reach critical mass we can "flip the switch" and a National Points Championship will be born. Our current growth projections show that we will hit critical mass for the 2004 racing season. This concept will change grass roots racing forever.

Our Internet Network
Our website, www.theracingworld.com is automatically populated with all the content entered by the tracks, sanctioning bodies and drivers using our Internet based software products. Fans are able to find event schedules, race results, point standings, press releases and driver profile information pertaining to all our members when accessing our site.

Our technology platform also links directly to each of our member sanctioning bodies and racetracks websites. When our software users enter information into Track Manager & Driver Manager, their individual websites are instantaneously updated as well. We have the most dynamic network of racing information available on the Internet.

Marketing Partnerships
Currently, corporate American finds it difficult to make a big splash into the grass roots racing industry. They also have no way of measuring their marketing investment. Corporate marketing executives want to be able to make efficient and effective strikes into the industry with their marketing dollars. They can't get the "bang" they are looking for by sponsoring 1 of the 125,000 grass roots racers or 1 of the 1,000 race tracks. They aim to reach large groups of tracks and drivers with one packaged marketing investment.

With our information technology platform, we can provide marketing packages to corporations allowing them to effectively market to hundreds of race tracks reaching thousands of fans and drivers instantaneously. We can offer nationwide marketing opportunities or tailor the marketing opportunities based on demographics, geography, or any way the company chooses. We can provide a company instant marketing exposure with limited execution costs.

Corporate sponsors are seeking investment opportunities in motorsports at an accelerated pace. Many corporations have stand-alone motorsports marketing departments. These corporations recognize that race fans are loyal to the companies that support the racing industry. In fact, 75% of racing fans will attempt to buy products from a company supporting racing before looking elsewhere. With NASCAR Winston Cup continuing to get pricier, we can connect corporations into the affordable yet effective grass roots racing industry.
