Competitive Solutions, L.C. is the sole owner of the information collected on www.theracingworld.com. Competitive Solutions, L.C. collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.
In order to use this Web site, a user must first complete the online subscription form. During the sign-up process a user is required to give contact information (such as name, home address, and email address). We use this information to create an account on our system and to send the user his/her username and password. It is required for the user to provide demographic information (such as gender). We also require a user's social security number to provide unique identification for the user.
We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and billing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes only. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.
Information gathered through Driver Manager will be accessible by track promoters through Track Manager to represent the user as a driver at the promoter's track. A promoter must have the users last name and social security number before access will be granted to the user's information through Track Manager.
We store information that we collect through cookies and log files to create a profile of our users.
