Driver Manager subscriptions are 'auto-billed' on a monthly basis. We will bill your credit card each month, on the anniversary of the calendar day of your subscription. If the calendar day on which you subscribed does not exist in the following month(s), the billing date will be the date closest to the subscription anniversary date. For example, if you subscribe on June 10, your next billing date is July 10. If you subscribe on March 31, your next billing date is April 30. When your subscription agreement is fulfilled, we will continue to bill you the monthly subscription fee until you cancel your subscription. For billing purposes, we will keep your credit card information on file and may ask you to update it.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Driver Manager subscription, you may select Customer Service -> My Subscription from within the product, and then click the Need Help with My Account link and provide us a detailed description of your question or concern. Our customer service specialists are committed to following up within a 48 hour period. If you are dissatisfied and would like to cancel your subscription you can click the 'Cancel My Subscription' link. If your contract has been fulfilled, cancellation will occur immediately. If the contract has not been fulfilled, an early cancellation fee equal to one-half the cost of the remaining contract will be billed to your credit card. If a subscription product is labeled 'all sales final' at the time of purchase, you are not entitled to a refund of any kind.
